AP Specialist

Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Accounts Payable Clerk** to join our clients **Accounts Payable Group** . This hybrid role requires strong organizational skills and 2–3 years of prior Accounts Payable experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling both standard AP duties and clerical work related to unclaimed property/escheatment processes. Proficiency in Excel and Word is essential, and experience with Oracle Fusion and Tracker is highly preferred.
**Unclaimed Property Duties:**
+ Generate and send due diligence letters to vendors/customers.
+ Update and maintain data in the Unclaimed Property tracking system (Tracker).
+ Research and resolve aged or outstanding payments.
+ Communicate with vendors and customers via phone and email regarding property claims.
+ Run preliminary unclaimed property reports and assist with filings and compliance.
+ Support additional tasks and reporting requirements related to escheatment processes.
**Accounts Payable Duties:**
+ Enter and process vendor invoices into the AP system.
+ Match purchase orders to invoices and ensure accurate entry.
+ Research vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
+ Follow up with vendors on outstanding or incomplete documentation.
+ Assist with month-end closing and other AP tasks as needed.
**Requirements:**
+ 2–3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role.
+ Familiarity with unclaimed property/escheatment processes is a plus.
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
+ Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems preferred.
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills for vendor/customer interaction.
**Pay Details:** $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
