Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a full-time, temporary basis with no defined end date. This role requires a self-starter with strong experience in AP functions, bank reconciliations, and payroll journal entries, as well as heavy use of Excel and proficiency with QuickBooks (Desktop and Online). This is a fully onsite position in Los Angeles, 90045. Key Responsibilities: + Process high-volume accounts payable transactions accurately and timely + Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all discrepancies are resolved + Post and reconcile payroll journal entries + Maintain organized and up-to-date AP records + Assist with monthly and year-end closing activities + Utilize Excel to analyze data, create reports, and manage reconciliations + Work with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online for data entry, reporting, and account maintenance + Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice and payment issues Requirements Requirements: + 2+ years of accounts payable experience + Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations and general accounting principles + Experience with payroll journal entries + Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) + Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online + High attention to detail and accuracy + Strong organizational and communication skills + Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Notes: + This is a temporary position with no predetermined end date + Full-time hours; must be available to start immediately Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
