Description Our client, a well-established organization in the construction industry, is seeking a detail-oriented AP Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity. Key Responsibilities: + Process a high volume of invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies + Match purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documents + Reconcile account discrepancies and resolve invoice issues with vendors or internal teams + Monitor payment schedules and process vendor payments in a timely manner + Assist in month-end closing activities, including preparing accounts payable reports + Maintain accurate records and filing systems for financial documentation + Ensure compliance with all internal financial controls and procedures Requirements + Experience: Minimum of 2 years in accounts payable, preferably in the manufacturing sector + Education: Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) + Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other industry-standard software) + Strong Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs + Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills + Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
