Job Summary:

The Lenovo Services IN Fulfillment role is responsible for order management and fulfillment for all ISG service parts orders received in the Asia Pacific Region.   Excellent Excel, written & verbal communication skills are critical, including English. 
 

Job Title: AP fulfillment specialist
Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
• Creating reports merging data from various sources, extracting, validating, and controlling data.
• Identifying projected shortages, and collaborating to avoid the shortage and reduce the impact.
• Perform Backlog management, minimize and reduce customer backlog and avoid aging backlog.
• Provide ETA reports keeping customers informed for customer backlog.

• Support WW PED (Parts Escalation Desk)
• Communicate directly with vendors to resolve any order delays

• Reporting backlog trends and actions for continuous improvement to reduce and avoid backlog.
• Performing root cause and taking necessary corrective action when parts are not available.
• Performing root cause and taking necessary actions for material without demand.
• Reporting to management, the KPIS associated with Planning and Fulfillment.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, overseas education background or work experience is preferred，Must locate in BangaloreMinimum 3 years working experience on supply chain related positions.Outstanding analytical capabilities and familiarity with excel & PPT, Python/SQL/Power BI skills are preferred and will be prioritized;Excellent English written and oral communication skills, English will be the working language.Ability to work cross functionally in an international environment;Sense of urgency with detail orientatedAble to work independentlyAbility to work un-supervised and find the people and answers with minimal handholdingMust be a team player and excellent communication skill is a mustStrong problem resolving capability
