AP Project Manager

Your future tasks will be…

 

On a daily basis:

 

Owner of the dedicated team KPIs Match the corresponding purchase orders/supporting documentation to incoming invoices in our ERP system. Look for opportunities to automate the invoice processing, identify issues and take action Provide excellent customer service by answering emails and incoming stakeholder calls within the agreed SLA Take control and being the support to the team for solving issues on their accounts Use initiative to prepare and maintain own portfolio-related documentation and country specific documentation Understand the AP objectives and the impact of own actions on them Complete all AP core trainings and successfully achieve the agreed target on the probation end test Collaborate and communicate efficiently with peers and stakeholders to ensure targets are achieved Fully aligned with our global AP Vision & Mission statement and work towards operational excellence by understanding the global impact. Actively seeking opportunities to learn, improve, and expand skill set. Remain vigilant and proactive in identifying and preventing any fraudulent activities that may occur Innovate and streamline our processes, adopt a proactive and open mindset towards automation with involvement of a senior member of the team if needed Prioritize our stakeholders effectively, understanding their needs and expectations. Building strong, collaborative relationships with them will help us deliver better outcomes and foster long-term trust Collaborate, brainstorm, and think creatively to overcome obstacles. By emphasizing problem-solving, we can enhance our productivity and create a more positive and supportive work environment. Demonstrate commitment to excellence and dedication to our client's needs. Be responsible for yearly Audit tasks Act as back up for Team Leader Act as a role model to peers and stakeholders Drive and suggest action plans to reduce cycle time of all metrics Train, coach team members to improve and achieve high quality service Active participation and sometimes leadership in process improvement projects Take part in control & monitoring processes, analysing data and come up with ideas how to improve the results Comment and present the monthly Project review pack to the Management and taking place in stakeholders and month end closing meetings Organize meetings (over Teams) to build, keep and maintain relationships with peers and stakeholders Actively act up on solving reoccurring issues and perform root cause analysis and come up with action plan and follow up Constantly act as a support to more junior peers Participate in presentation of project works and KPI results in the Townhalls on a quarterly basis Lead large projects to drive process efficiencies to improve process efficiency and effectiveness and apply 6 sigma processes appropriately to deliver. Drive global AP Lean 6 Sigma projects Coordinate and plan resource requirements to ensure project outcome deadlines are adhered to. Produce required project documentation to enable successful project outcomes. Achieves profitability and customer satisfaction on projects through astute commercial management Understands and can apply project methodology principles to their work to achieve a successful project outcome. Act in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other security risks to the organisation.

 

You are ideal candidate if:

 

4+ years experience in Accounts Payable Graduate degree in Economics, Finance and Accounting studies are an advantage Experience of relevant business systems (e.g. SAP) Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Excel, Outlook,) Ability to prioritise Team’s workload and proactively ensure efficiency in terms of postings, invoice processing and email handling Provide excellent customer service Good Administrative and Reporting skills, attention to detail and accuracy Good interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills and ability to build relationships Continuous improvement mindset Ability to understand and explain to others the purpose of the teams` work and impact of individual/team`s contribution to the results and their connection to Group objectives and strategies. Fluent in English Can do attitude Experience in mentoring/training others Experience in project related works (e.g. Lean 6 Sigma) Presentation technique skills Experience of working in a project team on at least 2 projects Knowledge of initiation, change management, risk management, and the principles and practicalities of running projects. Manages own and others workload
