Business Performance Analysis** + Perform detailed analysis of AP IDG MM business performance, forecasts, and absorption metrics to identify root causes of variances. Prepare ad-hoc analyses to meet business needs. + Collaborate with operation and financial teams across product categories, countries, and functions to align business planning and financial reporting. + Validate operational data integrity by reconciling discrepancies and reviewing exceptions. **2. Marketing Intelligence Analysis** + Perform market intelligence analysis to track industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer behavior impacting business growth. + Monitor and report on AP IDG MM market share, penetration, and emerging opportunities. + Translate market insights into actionable recommendations for pricing optimization, trade promotions, and marketing campaigns. **3. Data Management & Reporting** + Own AP segment wise operational data management and dashboard updates, including but not limited to order load, waterfall , Pipeline, RAD data management etc. + Research and consolidate complex financial and operational data to create forecast reports. + Present recommendations to resolve challenges in forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance. **4. BMS Meeting & Project Support** + Support segment leader to design standardized presentation templates for leadership reviews and manage meeting logistics. + Support business transformation projects and workshops by preparing materials and tracking outcomes. + Identify opportunities for process improvements within financial and operational workflows. **5. Cross-Functional Collaboration** + Partner with regional, functional, and finance teams to ensure alignment between operational execution and financial goals. + Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders across diverse AP countries and functions. Job Requirements **Education & Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Analytics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. + 5+ years of experience in operations management, financial analysis, or business analytics, preferably in SMB/MM-focused or technology-driven industries. + Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration within multinational or Asia-Pacific (APAC) environments. **Technical Skills:** + Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP). + Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting (e.g., variance analysis, absorption metrics). + Experience managing operational datasets (sales pipelines, inventory/WOI trends, sell-in/sell-out analytics). + Familiarity with marketing intelligence tools and competitive benchmarking frameworks. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem dynamics (e.g., PC activation trends, channel sales). + Certification in FP&A, PMP, Six Sigma, or related disciplines. + Fluency in English and proficiency in an additional APAC language (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese). **Cultural Fit:** + Proactive problem-solver with a global mindset and adaptability to multicultural teams. + Passion for driving business growth through data-driven decision-making and operational excellence. **Additional Locations** : * China - Liaoning - 大连(Dalian) * China * China - Liaoning * China - Liaoning - 大连(Dalian)
