Job Description
The Accounts Receivable Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of three Accounts Payable Specialists and one Accounts Receivable Specialist. This role involves managing the coordination of accounts payable, receivable, and disbursement functions, ensuring cash visibility is maintained. The position requires a hands-on approach and daily collaboration with various departments, reporting directly to the Treasurer.
Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day full AP cycle for the US and Canada, driving excellence across end-to-end processes.Forecast weekly accounts payable for the US and Canada and analyze variances.Act as a liaison between departments and plant personnel, providing support as needed.Collaborate with the Cost Accounting team to complete audits, month-end accruals, and reconciliations using SAP and Blackline.Complete the yearly 1099 process, ensuring accurate data and compliance with IRS guidelines.Approve vendor master changes through an SAP workflow.Review and approve weekly payments, including foreign payment wire requests.Establish and maintain documentation and internal controls for accounts payable functions.Audit and approve T&E and purchasing card reports as the Concur Admin, resolving issues as the main point of contact.Lead the implementation of the AP automation project.Manage all aspects of the day-to-day full AR cycle and set objectives to align with department goals.Forecast weekly accounts receivable for the US and analyze variances.Identify problem accounts and facilitate collections to support the Credit Representative.Review and approve credit limit changes and payment term changes in Customer Master.Essential Skills
4+ years of experience within an AP department processing 20,000+ invoices per month.4+ years of experience leading and managing an AP department with 2+ direct reports.2+ years of experience with SAP since 2020 or more recent.2+ years of experience with creating pivot tables, vlookups, and formulas within Microsoft Excel.Bachelor's degree.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in the manufacturing (chemical) industry.Experience within a SOX environment.Work Environment
This role operates onsite in Malvern five days a week. The position falls under the VP & Treasurer group and involves leading a team of two members. The organization offers a supportive environment with a family feel and a great benefits package.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $48.00/hr.
