As an Accounts Receivable College Co-Op, you will be responsible for applying customer payments, which include:
Download, review, and post all payments on a current and prior day basisMonthly balancing of cash receipts to Cash Management bank reconciliation reportResearch unidentified payments for proper postingPrepare documentation for intercompany wire transfersWork with the accounts receivable analysts to resolve posting problemsPrepare support for audit requestsAll other duties as assignedAs an Accounts Payable College Co-Op, you will be responsible for the following:
Data entry and timely processing of invoices into ERP systemResearch & resolve invoice/payment inquiriesPrepare supplier reconciliationsSupplier Database researchRespond to miscellaneous supplier invoice and payment inquiriesAssist with moth-end close process, as neededAdministrative tasks as assignedAssists with ad hoc analysis & projectsRequired Skills and Education
Candidates must be enrolled as a full-time student from an accredited college or university in an undergraduate or graduate degree program. Accounting, Finance, Business or related is preferred. Available to work 30+ hours year-roundMinimum GPA of 3.0 RequiredFamiliarity and functional knowledge of MS-Excel and office suiteGraduations date of December 2026 or later.Must be able to work in the US without Visa SponsorshipAbout AAM:
