Description Our client in the hospitality and services industry in Carlsbad, CA is seeking an AP/AR Analyst to join their dynamic finance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys diving into the details, solving problems with precision, and supporting both accounts payable and receivable functions in a fast-paced, multi-departmental environment. What You’ll Be Doing: + Support AP and AR supervisors with month-end close procedures and reconciliations. + Step in to cover AP and AR staff roles when needed, ensuring continuity and accuracy. + Analyze financial data and generate reports that support decision-making and compliance. + Identify and troubleshoot technical issues in accounting workflows and propose solutions. + Maintain and update accounting systems and databases with a high level of accuracy. + Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. + At least 1 year of experience in AP/AR or general accounting. + Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. + Familiarity with accounting software and intermediate Excel skills. + Ability to work independently within established procedures and contribute to process improvements.
