Kforce has a client that is seeking an AP Analyst in Saint Louis, MO. Responsibilities: * Process and manage accounts payable, including invoice review, data entry in company ERP system * Heavy focus on data entry and strong attention to detail * Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records, including contact information, payment terms, and tax documentation * Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies with internal teams * Assist with month-end closing procedures * Collaborate with the accounting team to improve processes and ensure accurate financial records * Partner directly with external vendors and maintain high level of professionalism
