**Job Description:**
Establishes and maintains the general accounting reporting and practices for the organization. Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare and/or review necessary journal entries for properly stated ledgers and financial statements in accordance with regulations (e.g., GAAP) and company policy. May perform bookkeeping or account management duties. Includes accounts payable, cost accounting, cash management and Controllers responsible for only accounting.
+ Receiving invoices and preparing payments
+ Onboarding new suppliers
+ Reviewing and recording travel reports for employees traveling abroad
+ Conducting quarterly fixed asset counts and overseeing inventory counts Assisting with month-end closing: reports, reconciliations
+ Providing additional support in the finance department as directed by the chief accountant
**Job Requirements:**
+ Accounting certification Level 2 or higher - mandatory
+ At least 3 years of experience in accounting - mandatory
+ Experience in an industrial company - significant advantage
+ Experience working with suppliers - mandatory
+ Good level of English, with emphasis on correspondence with overseas suppliers
+ Experience working with Excel - mandatory
+ Experience with PRIORITY, SAP software - significant advantage
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
