This exclusive in-person conference event offers a unique opportunity to discover the wide variety of early career options available at Aon, learn about key trends and challenges shaping the industry and pick up some useful recruitment tips from our award-winning Early Careers team! Through keynote talks, interactive sessions and networking with Aon colleagues and key personnel in the market, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of the work we do and how you could shape your future with us. Who can attend + Students studying any degree subject at a UK university, due to graduate in 2025, 2026 or 2027 + You will need to have or be on track for a 2.1 degree (or equivalent) or above + We welcome applications from students from all backgrounds with a curiosity about the insurance and financial services industry + Note that priority will be given to those who have not attended an Aon Early Careers conference event previously Travel expenses Aon will support with all reasonable UK domestic travel expenses (up to £150) to and from this event, but not meals or accommodation. Travel expenses will be reimbursed post-event. Further details will be shared if you are successful in gaining a place at this event.
