AOC Representative (Advance Operations Center)

Job Description

Your role is to make some call outs by collecting Import taxes from Australian Customers prior to the delivery of their packages. As an AOC Representative, you will not only have collection targets to achieve but your KPI Elements as well to meet our target goals.

What You’ll Do

Monitor COD payments and Volume, should make at least 45 COD releases/daySending Tax Invoices to Customers via Email prior or during calloutsAccount Holder verificationCoordination with AU Border Clearance Team for any Customs issues, AU Operations for big shipments and with AU Finance for any collection issues.Explains to Customers the Customs clearance process, the abandonment of their shipment if no payment received within the allotted time and other Customs compliance concerns from customers.

Your Skills & Requirements

Preferably with related experience.Familiar with International shipping knowledge.Able to work independentlyComputer literate must know basic MS Office.With Good English communication skills.
