Assesses new patients for acceptance into clinic. Educates patient on all appropriate aspects of anticoagulation. Documents INR, progress notes, and other relevant data into the patient medical record. Assists patient accounting in billing for services. *Minimum Qualifications* *Education* Associate degree in nursing Bachelor’s degree in nursing (Preferred) *Required Skills * Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
