Classification: Part-Time, Non-Exempt, 25 hours/week,
Salary: $20.00 per hour
Job Focus: This position is responsible for engaging survivors of commercial sexual exploitation and human trafficking through street outreach, crisis intervention, intake and assessment, facilitation of drop in center hours and services, linkage to ongoing case management services and facilitation of trauma and addiction groups for survivors of human trafficking.

An understanding of and passion for The Salvation Army’s MissionCandidates with lived experience with commercial sexual exploitation or human trafficking are strongly encouraged to apply.Bachelor’s in Social Work or equivalent is preferred but not requiredExperience working with victims of human trafficking is preferred. Experience working with victims of traumatic crimes, such as domestic violence and sexual assault is required.Strong work ethicStrong written and verbal communication skillsA positive, contagious “can-do” attitudeAble to maintain strict confidentialityValid Ohio Driver’s License and the ability to obtain and maintain driving privileges per Salvation Army insurance standards.
