Classification: Full-Time, Non-Exempt, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; some on-call coverage for emergency situations.
Job Focus: This position will provide emergency response services and case management to victims of human trafficking, including conducting intake, developing a safety plan, addressing basic needs, linking to medical care and counseling and, developing and implementing a service plan. Additionally, this position will assist in the development of group therapy programming in local county jails and provide staff support for 24-hour emergency hotline.

QualificationsRequirements/Qualifications:
An understanding of and passion for The Salvation Army’s MissionBachelor’s degree in social work preferred, Licensed Social Worker in Ohio, preferred.Experience working with victims of human trafficking or victims of other traumatic crimes, such as domestic violence and sexual assault preferred.Experience working effectively in cross-cultural settings, preferredExcellent organizational, written and oral skillsA positive, contagious “can-do” attitudeAble to maintain strict confidentialityAt least 21 years old with a valid Ohio Driver’s license and the ability to obtain and maintain driving privileges per Salvation Army insurance standards.
