Job Description

Rabobank is dedicated to complying with Anti-Bribery and Corruption (AB&C) regulatory requirements and effectively managing AB&C risks across our global organization

Imagine contributing to the battle against Financial Economic Crime (FEC) globally by improving the quality and consistency of the Anti-Bribery & Corruption Reporting activities in the Global FEC domain. As Reporting Officer you are responsible for ensuring that the Global FEC AB&C provides management with the relevant management information and meet regulatory reporting requirements where required.

You and your job

You will manage the process and the incorporation of aspects of the AB&C risk management into the reporting. You collaborate with the Global FEC RCP Reporting team as a result of these activities and responsibilities the management of the CFECO domain is advised, supported and challenged to become and stay demonstrably in control of their operational risks. You are responsible for the continuous improvement of the quality and consistency of the AB&C risk reporting.

You will make a meaningful contribution during multi-disciplinary meetings with various stakeholders in steering globalization of the AB&C framework as well as actively contribute to the set-up of a continuous improvement cycle.

Your proactive approach is crucial to reach the AB&C purpose: Together we safeguard our customers, the bank and society by detecting and preventing AB&C violations

Your top responsibilities Design, execute and validate high-quality AB&C risk reports for the Global FEC domain;Develop the annual monitoring plan for AB&C control framework to identify control gaps/trend analysis/breaches/transactions and relationships outside the risk appetite;Develop AB&C risk profiles and data and/or management information dashboards;Ensure consistent reporting throughout the domain and ownership of the overall reporting, which meets the needs of senior management, providing senior management with relevant insights which support them to optimally manage the AB&C risks in the FEC domain;Participate in process requirements and implementation of relevant changes in the reporting process.

The successful candidate will manage the reporting process, build an (information) network, and possesses excellent writing / reporting skills. Relevant Bachelor degree;Ability to work independently and to communicate and report effectively to management;A minimum of 5 years relevant work experience with risk management, preferably within Financial Economic Crime domain;Capable of building and maintaining solid business relationships with a large stakeholder field;You have sufficient conceptual insight into the FEC/AB&C focus area and the associated / appropriate risk policy, risk management, methodologies and techniques;You are driven to keep your knowledge up to date with new developments in the industry;Above all; you have a positive presence and are ready to make a differenceFluent verbal and writing English skills.
