The Temporary Marketing Operations Coordinator will support the Promotions team with executional offer support during the high-volume holiday season. Deadline-driven role, involving promotional project setup and executional support across all marketing channels. Responsibilities also include generating and testing promo codes, and competitive tracking and recapping to help inform broader promotional strategies.
This role will be a temporary 6 month assignment starting in August and based out of our Philadelphia office.
Role Responsibilities Support in promo project management via project creation, task assignment, and cross-functional coordination, to ensure the execution of all deliverables in adherence with tight timelines Write and communicate code requests, create and test codes, and facilitate retail testing with store ops team. Share approved code lists with executing teams as needed.Create weekly competitive recaps to capture an overview of the current promotional retail landscape, gathering email messaging from competitor brands to inform offer strategiesAdditionally, provide Cyber-specific competitive tracking, gathering creative and messaging to share daily updates to the team, including YoY analyses of how competitor approaches have shifted Role Qualifications Process driven, with an operational mindsetStrong attention to detail and adaptation to changeWillingness to learn and propose new ideasStrong communication skills, both written and verbalStrong time-management skills and ability to effectively multi-task#Anthropologie
