The Store Environment Coordinator assists with design, selection and implementation of finishes in new stores, existing stores and special projects. They will also support all functions of the Store Environment team including fixtures, renderings and design build.
Role Responsibilities
Finishes
Partner with Store Environment Manager to support the development of an overall finish scheme for each store. Complete finish schedules and coordinate with project managers regarding finish specifications.Asist in creation of a special finish package, with renderings, for each project for review by brand and use to communicate with Special Finish ContractorWork with Special Finish Contractor to develop new finishes and produce samples for each store or project.Work closely with the Special finish Contractor outline scope and provide necessary information to obtain a bid.Coordinate with Design Build to integrate wall finishes that work with the overall finish strategy of each project.Maintain in house finish library including Special Finishes.
Fixtures
Support brand merchandising initiatives through renderings and production of presentation packs.Complete fixture plans in AutoCAD for each new store opening and relocation.
Design Build
Support design build by providing inspiration, selecting color stories and creating renderings when needed.Role Qualifications
Working knowledge of interior design or related field.Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Anthropologie brand esthetic.Strong Organizational skills and the ability to effectively communicate information between multiple teams.Mastery of SketchUp, Enscape, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture is preferred.
