Job Title: Antenna Test Engineer (Entry-Level)

About the job you’re considering

We are seeking an entry-level Antenna Test Engineer with basic knowledge of wireless antennas (Device side) along with electrical engineering knowledge to join our dynamic team.

Your RoleOTA system debugging and testing (HW SW debug, OTA testing to wireless standard) for Cellular/GNSS/WiFi/BT/UWB/NTNDesign and execute OTA test plans based on design engineers’ request. Generate test reports and share data with the design team. Report test issues observed during testing to design engineers in a timely manner.Verify radiated performance, including TRP, TIS, RSSI, throughput.Capable of designing OTA test plans based on antenna engineer’s request. Able to execute the test plan independently and collect meaningful test results within a reasonable schedule. Familiar with documentation tools such as Google Doc, Google Slide, Google Sheet to summarize the test results in an organized manner.Test automation implementation (antenna OTA chamber) and troubleshootingResponsible for maintaining lab test equipment (anechoic chambers, callboxes, VNA and etc.) to their best operational status by performing regular inspection, calibration, SW/HW updates, license management, vendor engagement and cleaning.Responsible for maintaining and organizing our lab space, contributing to establishing a productive working environment.Your Skills and ExperienceBachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in OTA testing and wireless system debugging.Strong understanding of wireless technologies, including Cellular, GNSS, WiFi, Bluetooth, UWB, and NTN.Proficiency in using and maintaining lab equipment such as anechoic chambers, callboxes, and vector network analyzers.Experience in designing and executing OTA test plans independently.Familiarity with test automation implementation and troubleshooting.Excellent documentation skills, with proficiency in using tools like Google Docs, Google Slides, and Google Sheets.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly.Experience with multiple wireless standards and their specific OTA testing requirements (Preferred)Knowledge of antenna design principles and RF propagation (Preferred)Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB) for test automation (Preferred)Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) for managing test scripts and documentation (Preferred)
