Objectives of the Position          
Assist lab leader of Material & Part testing Lab in conducting routine test activities relating to rotational Rheology, MVR , chemical test and material analysis test to provide support for Research & Development, production, sales and marketing, business development, technical research & development and strategic objectives for company’s Performance Material business in Asia Pacific in an effective way

 

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities

Routine testing activities

Implement Rotational Rheometer & Roughness test etc Implement MS 210-05 & MS 210-06 thermal cycle, chemical resistanceImplement Glass meter, surface & volume resistivity test and laser transmittance. Implement Material analysis like DSC, IR, TGA, Ash, MVR test.Record and manage data in server and provide test data to requesters.Guarantee the accuracy of the test results for responsible test items.Execute the maintenance plan for equipment and environment of responsible tests.Support R&D, Production, QM/QC, TS, TD, business team via providing accurate test data timely.

 

EHS, RCQM related

Be compliant to BASF of country EHS standards and Quality Management regulations.Support lab leader of Material & Part testing Lab to keep lab clean and safeSupport Audit with EHS and RCQM part

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or college graduationKnowledge of basic polymer propertiesKnowledge of basic safety regulation and safety ruleDocumentation skill and Microsoft office usageAbility to read and understand EnglishKnowledge of basic polymer propertiesKnowledge of basic safety regulation and safety ruleDocumentation skill and Microsoft office usageAbility to read and understand English
