Annuity Operations Coordinator

Location: League City, Texas

About Us: Join our dynamic team and be a part of a company that values excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking an Annuity Operations Coordinator to support our end-to-end annuity new business process, ensuring efficient processing and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for operations and Case Managers, resolving escalations and enhancing system functionality. Customer Service Excellence: Understand and address customer needs proactively, ensuring quick resolutions and high satisfaction. System Troubleshooting: Collaborate with the PolicyLink Helpdesk to identify and resolve system issues, facilitating prompt policy issuance. Service Improvement: Work with Case Managers to identify opportunities for service enhancement, driving excellence and client satisfaction. Performance Standards: Maintain high performance standards, consistently exceeding quality and service level agreements (SLAs). Client Relations: Partner with Annuity Operations Relationship Directors to provide timely and effective resolutions for clients.

Additional Responsibilities:

Manage follow-up calls to other annuity carriers. Prepare transfer paperwork and letters of acceptance. Conduct quality assurance reviews of Annuity New Business.

Qualifications:

Required: Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in lieu of a degree, 1-2 years of experience, knowledge of annuity products or life insurance, strong organizational skills, exceptional customer service skills. Preferred: 2+ years of Annuity Operations experience.
