REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma is requiredAnnuity’s customer service experience is requiredProven ability to diffuse escalated situations through ownership of effectively analyzing, partnering and resolving complex customer related issuesProven ability to rely on pre-established guidelines to perform the primary functions of the job with minimal supervisionFocused on providing outstanding service delivery through effective communication with our customers on the telephone and via written correspondenceInitiates daily contact with our internal and external customers, working to simplify and explain complexities of our products & processesResponsible for maintaining accurate product & process knowledge as well as staying abreast of regulatory updatesReview, analyze and process written requests and documents as requiredUpdates and ensures integrity of customer accounts including historyEducates customers about their products features as well as self-service functionality via the IVR and webPerform at or above individual quality, productivity and timeliness standards set by the businessDemonstrates consistent ownership and initiative in call follow-up, documentation, & work item managementAble to achieve positive team goals and results by adaptation to varying work schedules, improving through feedback, participating in teams and maintaining strong/ongoing relationPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree would be preferredWork Environment:
Remote – Laptop, Docking Station, Monitors, Headset will be providedSchedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5pm EST would be preferredRemote Flexibility: This role is being offered as remote at this time. However, employees need to agree to comply with any future requirement to report in person to a convenient onsite location, at business needs and with appropriate advance noticeAll applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the futureCompensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $31,800 - $52,000.Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
