Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem technischen Beruf, idealerweise als Schweißer, Industriemechaniker oder vergleichbarMehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Anlagenführer, vorzugsweise in einem SchweißbetriebFundierte Kenntnisse in der Bedienung von Schweißrobotern und anderen automatisierten ProduktionsanlagenFähigkeit zur Führung und Motivation eines Teams im SchichtbetriebHohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und ProblemlösungsfähigkeitBereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System
