As Senior Gameplay Animator, you bring to life iconic game characters that allow players to immerse themselves in the game experience and enjoy the gameplay. You collaborate with peers and make sure your work integrates well with the other game ingredients, providing the player with a unique gameplay experience.

Responsabilités

- Créer des animations keyframe pour les personnages jouables et non-jouables;
- Créer des animations qui supportent et bonifient le gameplay ainsi que les caractéristiques visuelles des personnages;
- Collaborer avec les équipes de conception et de développement de jeu afin d’implémenter et tester le contenu d'animation dans le jeu;
- Participer activement à la planification de la production en fournissant des estimations et en proposant des solutions pour respecter les délais;
- Discuter des défis artistiques et techniques avec vos collègues afin d’assurer une clarté et un alignement interdisciplinaires;
- Expérimenter avec les outils et techniques les plus récents pour rehausser la qualité des animations;
- Accroître les compétences de l’équipe grâce au mentorat sur des sujets techniques ou artistiques.

Responsibilities

- Be aligned with the vision & visual style of the game.
- Create keyframe animations for the playable and non-playable in-game characters.
- Create animations that support and enhance the gameplay and the character's personality.
- Collaborate with game designers and developers to implement and test animation content in the game.
- Actively participate in production planning by providing estimates and proposing solutions to meet deadlines.
- Discuss artistic and technical challenges with colleagues to ensure interdisciplinary clarity and alignment.
- Experiment with the most recent tools and techniques to enhance the quality of animations.
- Increase team skills through mentoring on technical or artistic topics.
