Job Description
Achieve sales & profit goals by clear definition of business objectives, planning and execution of sales & marketing strategies and establishment of long-term plans of species business unit. Be responsible for the overall management of the BU and achievement of sales targets and profit of the BU.
1. Business management
Develop sales and marketing strategy of the business unit, aligning with regional and global species’ strategy
Define clear business objectives and target of the BU, and allocate resources to achieve the target
Manage operating expense to maximize the profit of the BU
Responsible for sales target achievement by implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
Work closely with key opinion leaders in the market and improve market intelligence in order to seek potential product and business opportunities.
Identify the business opportunity of new product and collaborate with regulatory team to register and launch new product.
Establish marketing plan for key products by collaboration with marketing managers
Manage dealer channel by evaluation of dealers’ performance regularly and implement technical and marketing activities to maximize the sales of products
Maintain good relationship with key accounts and key opinion leaders by regular contact
Implement key account management program to key customers
Keep the high-level demand forecast accuracy to achieve the stable supply of products
2. People management and development
Recruit and retain top talent to build a high performing team
Co-work with sales team lead & technical team lead and coach them in all aspects of performance vs. objectives in an ongoing & timely manner.
Build a productive working environment, winning team culture & trustworthy relationships as a business unit manager
Develop subordinates' Competency and Career aligned with Enterprise Leadership Skill
Assures the team to comply with relevant Acts, legal demands, and ethical standards
Functional Knowledge: Marketing & Statistics Principles, Product & Disease Knowledge, Industry knowledge
