**About Role:**
Seasoned Software Engineering professional, working independently. Conducts moderately complex tests and debugs control and diagnostic systems. Undertakes multidisciplinary research, and works on system capabilities analysis to determine end user needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Design and implement user interfaces (UI) using Angular best practices.
+ Write efficient, reusable, and scalable code for web applications.
+ Integrate front-end components with back-end APIs or services.
+ Work closely with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
+ Business effectiveness as a meeting owner, ability to conduct scrum meetings like refinement (based on own development analysis and consultation with the component owner if necessary)
+ Ability to adapt to dynamic working conditions, e.g. in the case of ad hoc tasks assigned to us by the component owner or product owner,
+ Exchanging knowledge during joint meetings regarding the technology we use, e.g. tech talk
+ Willingness to help each other out when needed, also cross-teams and cross-company
+ Team development support during- code review, architecture discussions, software problem solving.
+ Tech stories validation during development analysis
+ Responsibility for technical debt - analysis and creation of solutions
+ Coaching and setting "best practices" standards
+ Knowledge sharing as a technical authority in the development team
+ Generates tasks even from complex requirements, divides complex issues into smaller parts.
+ Accountable for the technological fit of the solution to known requirements.
+ Proposes tasks to less experienced team members and offers his/her guidance.
+ Solves even complex issues considering all possible options, choosing the best solutions.
+ Consistently delivers work in expected quality, communicates within the team about the status.
+ Communicates within the team and stakeholders about the status and dependencies.
+ Technical recruitment support
+ Daily cooperation with an experienced development team in the Scrum-Agile methodology within 2-week sprints
+ Active presence at scrum team meetings: daily, refinement, review, retrospective, planning,
+ Ability to adapt to dynamic working conditions, e.g. in the case of ad hoc tasks assigned to us by the component owner or product owner.
+ Exchanging knowledge during joint meetings regarding the technology we use, e.g. tech talk,
+ Willingness to help each other out when needed, also cross-teams and cross-company.
+ Regularly shares already acquired knowledge and experience with others in the closest and wider team.
+ Actively contributes ideas, solutions and improvements on the project level.
+ Generates tasks even from complex requirements, divides complex issues into smaller parts.
+ Consistently delivers work in expected quality, communicates within the team about the status.
+ Constructively challenges the “why” and asks “why not”.
**Basic Qualifications & Experience:**
**Experience:**
+ 8+ years of experience as a front-end developer for web app development
+ Experience in latest Angular, RxJS, NgRx, TypeScript, Sass, BEM / Tailwind, Karma Jasmine, Socket IO, Azure App insights, Google Analytics, jira
+ Experience in Continuous Integration (Jenkins).
+ Experience in writing Unit tests and AT.
+ Strong knowledge of relevant technology or domain and ability to use it in practice.
+ Extensive knowledge, deep understanding of relevant technology or domain and ability to use it in practice.
+ Sees wider perspective because of knowledge from related fields.
