Description and Requirements 岗位职责/Job Responsibilities：1. 负责视频会议设备Android系统网络通信模块的设计、开发与优化，保障高并发、低延迟的音视频数据传输； 2. 深入优化TCP/UDP/QUIC等网络协议栈，解决弱网环境（高丢包、高延迟）下的连接稳定性问题； 3. 负责深度定制ConnectivityService、WifiService等系统服务，支持企业级网络策略（如流量管控、VPN多路复用，代理设置） 4. 优化网络权限管理机制，适配Android新版本特性（如后台网络访问限制、动态权限模型） 5. 掌握TCP/IP、HTTP/2-3、DNS、QUIC、WebSocket等协议，熟悉802.11ax（Wi-Fi 6/7）标准 ，网络设备发现协议（如CDP/LLDP）及VLAN自动配置 6. 实现网络数据传输安全（SSL/TLS双向认证、证书固定、防中间人攻击、AES-256） 7. 开发维护音视频传输SDK，集成RTP/RTCP、WebRTC等协议，提升端到端通信质量； 8. 设计与实现网络状态动态监测、自适应码率调整、抗丢包重传等核心功能； 9. 配合硬件团队完成网络模块（Wi-Fi/5G/蓝牙）的驱动适配与性能调优； 10. 攻克跨平台（Windows/iOS/Web）视频会议互通中的网络兼容性问题； 11. 编写技术文档，参与代码Review，推动团队技术标准化。
岗位要求/Job Requirements：1. 7年以上Android开发经验，精通Java/Kotlin，熟悉JNI/NDK开发； 2. 深入理解Android网络框架，熟悉Socket编程、多线程同步、内存优化； 3. 掌握主流网络协议（TCP/IP/HTTP/QUIC）及音视频传输协议（RTP/RTCP/SIP/WebRTC）； 4. 熟悉物联网协议（MQTT、CoAP）、边缘计算网络架构 5. 熟悉OpenWrt、OP-TEE等安全方案，或具备Flutter跨平台网络插件开发能力优先 6. 有音视频SDK、IM通信、P2P传输等开发经验者优先； 7. 备分析全链路网络问题（从驱动丢包到应用层超时），熟练使用Wireshark、tcpdump、Systrace等工具进行网络问题定位。
