Your future duties and responsibilities:

You will work on some large scale upcoming mobile app projects and you will be responsible for creating high quality and reliable mobile applications that deliver exceptional results for our clients. Our team will coach, mentor & support you to help you push yourself and create great solutions that our clients highly value and you’ll be proud of.

Key Tasks:
• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Android applications using Kotlin.
• Integrate applications with RESTful APIs to deliver dynamic content and functionality.
• Implement offline capabilities, manage threading and optimise application performance.
• Utilise open-source Android libraries and tools for common development tasks.
• Participate in and support continuous integration and delivery practices
• Apply design patterns and TDD methodologies to build scalable codebases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
• Contribute to Sprint planning, daily stand-ups and regular agile practices.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Proven experience of developing ad releasing Android applications using Koltin in production environments.
• Strong understand of UI Design and adaptive layouts for different screens sizes.
• Experience in working with RESTful APIs for client-server communication.
• Experience with offline data handling.
• Solid Understanding of MVVM architecture.
• Comfortable working within CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, and automated testing frameworks (TDD/BDD).
• Experience in an Agile team environment with tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps

Desirable Skills:
• Experience in publishing apps in Google Play Store
• Experience with performance profiling
• Experience in debugging tools such as Android Profiler, LeakCanary or Firebase Crashlytics
