We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a **SOFTWARE ENGINEER** **Job Summary** We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Kotlin iOS IOS Native Android Studio and Android Service. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts. Proficiency in English is required. **Responsibilities** + Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using Kotlin iOS IOS Native Android Studio and Android Service + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features + Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications + Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs + Help maintain code quality organization and automatization + Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards + Work closely with product managers and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions + Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers + Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain current and competitive + Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process + Engage in regular team meetings and provide updates on project progress + Ensure that all development activities comply with company policies and procedures + Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery **Qualifications** + Possess strong technical skills in Kotlin iOS IOS Native Android Studio and Android Service + Have a solid understanding of mobile application development and best practices + Demonstrate experience in developing and maintaining high-quality software applications + Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues + Show proficiency in code reviews and maintaining code quality + Have strong communication skills in English both written and spoken + Experience in Listing & Finding Services domain is a plus + Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model + Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams + Show a commitment to continuous learning and improvement + Possess a proactive and self-motivated attitude + Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills + Have a passion for technology and innovation.
