We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work as Software Engineer **Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Kotlin iOS Data and Integration iOS Native iOS Android Studio and Android. Experience in Listing and Finding Services domain is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required. **Responsibilities** + Lead the development and implementation of mobile applications using Kotlin and iOS technologies. + Oversee the integration of iOS data and ensure seamless data flow within the application. + Provide technical guidance and support to the development team in iOS Native and Android Studio environments. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features. + Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications. + Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to maintain the code quality. + Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the application remains current and competitive. + Work closely with product managers and designers to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications. + Mentor junior developers and provide them with technical support and guidance. + Develop and maintain documentation for the application including technical specifications and user guides. + Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and the overall product quality. **Qualifications** + Must have strong experience in Kotlin and iOS Data and Integration. + Must have expertise in iOS Native and iOS development. + Must have proficiency in Android Studio and Android development. + Nice to have experience in Listing and Finding Services domain. + Must have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Must have strong communication and collaboration skills. + Must have the ability to work in a hybrid work model and adapt to changing requirements. + Must have a proactive approach to learning new technologies and improving existing skills. + Must have experience in agile development methodologies. + Must have the ability to mentor and guide junior developers. + Must have a strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns. + Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
