Andean Region Sales Manager

Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.** **Your main tasks and responsibilities:** + Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for the Water & Wastewater; Industrial Business Units, aligned with corporate objectives. + Drive revenue growth by expanding market share, acquiring new customers and strengthening key account relationships. + Lead, manage and support local sales teams and distributors, ensuring high performance and alignment with regional objectives. + Manage regional budget, P& L, and operating costs, ensuring efficiency and financial health. + Supervise office staff and ensure alignment with corporate culture and performance standards. **To succeed in this role, you will need:** + 10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in water treatment, industrial solutions or related sectors + Strong knowledge of the Andean market and experience managing sales in multiple countries + Demonstrated experience in growing revenue, managing key accounts and leading high performing sales teams + Strong negotiation, communication and strategic planning skills + Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese a plus) **What we offer you:** + Salary and benefits aligned with the market + Annual bonus according to corporate and personal objectives + Health and dental insurance The team in Peru works on Lima.
