The Marathon Petroleum Detroit Michigan Refinery has an opening for an Analyzer Technician.
An Analyzer Technician supports the efficient operation of the refinery through troubleshooting and repairing analyzer malfunctions.
Education, Experience and SkillsMinimum Qualifications:Must have a GED or High School Diploma.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have an Associate’s Degree or equivalent in science (specialization in Electronics or Instrumentation), possess an appropriate certificate from a recognized technical school or association, possess a higher degree in a related Engineering Program, OR three or more years of relevant experience.
Must be able to wear appropriate PPE and physically perform the job duties.
Must be able to pass a physical ability test.
Must be able to pass both a Marathon written test and a hands-on skill demonstration test.
Pay and Benefits:$50.48hr. with scheduled annual increases
Company sponsored annual bonus with target up of 6% of eligible wages
