CONTEXT
Sanofi currently holds the strongest portfolio and the most significant upcoming product launches in its history. As part of the next phase of its “Play-To-Win” strategy, Sanofi must adequately support this portfolio to realize its vision: bringing scientific miracles to patients around the world.To do so, modernizing Sanofi’s operational structure is essential. This includes the development of the Go-to-Market Capabilities (GTMC) team within the company.
The new GTMC organization is tasked with centralizing and delivering capabilities and activities that accelerate go-to-market operations and maximize their value. It aims to sharpen prioritization across products, markets, and the portfolio, break down silos, and leverage harmonized and optimized global processes and tools, backed by global support.
Role Purpose
To enable the continuous improvement of customer knowledge by:
Leveraging and interpreting data to generate business-relevant insights that support Sanofi’s personalized and omnichannel customer engagement approach.
Supporting the Omnichannel, Business Analysis, and Marketing/Sales teams by introducing innovative analysis methods and data visualizations.
Translating business needs, constraints, and feedback into technical requirements that can be implemented by global Digital teams within the "Turing" program.
Supporting business adoption of solutions and analyses delivered by the global Digital teams as part of the “AI” program.
Enhancing customer qualification by using available internal data sources.

In a collaborative and cross-functional role across all Japan GBUs, your missions will include:
Project Activities
Participating in global projects, particularly those related to the “Turing” program, aimed at improving healthcare professional experience through our omnichannel engagement model.
Contributing to the gathering of Marketing/Sales team needs, serving as a key point of contact for Digital teams implementing global AI and advanced analytics solutions.
Self-Service BI Activities
Implementing advanced analytics or customer knowledge reporting to meet high-value local needs not covered by global solutions.
Responsibilities
Translating business requirements, constraints, and feedback into actionable needs for global Digital teams.
Supporting Marketing/Sales teams in transforming outputs from Digital team solutions into operationally useful customer insights for the commercial affiliate.
Acting as the functional owner and ensuring the proper functioning of self-service BI applications within your scope.

Ideally, you have 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial operations.
You hold a Master’s degree (Bac+4/5 or equivalent).
Academic and Technical Skills :
Familiar with database systems (DBMS), SQL, and data modeling.
Experienced in data transformation, exploration, and analysis (experience with Knime is a plus).
Skilled in data visualization tools (experience with Power BI preferred).
Knowledge of statistical methods (clustering algorithms, predictive modeling), programming languages (Python), and agile methodologies (Scrum) is an asset.
Professional proficiency in English (frequent interactions with international teams).
