We have an opportunity for a Analytics Specialist (Senior Channel Marketing Specialist) to join our Customer Marketing Team at Honeywell, in Bucharest and you will report to Director Customer Marketing. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing promotions, incentives, and product performance across various lines of business. Additionally, the role involves evaluating the performance of Honeywell Go and defining initiatives based on the analysis to enhance overall business performance.

Key responsibilities

Promotions and Incentives Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing promotions and incentive programs. Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.Product Performance Analysis: Analyze product performance by line of business to understand sales trends, customer preferences, and market dynamics in collaboration with our research team.Honeywell Go Performance: Assess the performance of Honeywell Go, identifying key metrics and areas for enhancement.Initiative Definition: Based on analytical outcomes, work with the Product Marketing team to propose and define initiatives aimed at improving business performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement these initiatives.Reporting and Insights: Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders. Provide actionable recommendations to drive business growth.Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by maintaining and updating relevant databases and systems.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align analytical efforts with business objectives.

Key qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar analytics role, preferably within the marketing or consumer goods industry.Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar. Experience with statistical analysis and data visualization.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
