The Commercial & Investment Banking Finance & Business Management team is seeking a professional to support Client Onboarding & Service organization to support strategy and execution of business modeling and analytics programs. This is a high-visibility role with direct interaction and partnership with various senior managers within the bank.

As an Analytics Solution Associate within the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will learn core business processes and develop all people, process, and technology components required to support a best-in-class program delivering advanced analytics globally to solve tough business challenges. 

Job responsibilities

Advance the business analysis and reporting agenda, focused on insights delivery in areas around staffing models, volume forecasts, comprehensive cost modeling and expense allocationsPartner with other Business & Analytics teams to create dashboards and reporting for capacity modeling and client costingIdentify opportunities and applicable quantitative and statistical methodologies to deploy advanced analyses at scale for CIB Client Onboarding & Service functionsDevelop a deep understanding of systems and processes in order to extract insights from existing data while identifying and recommending enhancements to improve data qualityBuild trusted relationships with stakeholders, cross-functional partners and leadership Take analysis and create executive level presentation using PowerPoint PitchPro+ 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

3+ years of experience in use of data technology to solve complex business problems, with hands-on expertise in the use of multiple Business Intelligence toolsets and database platformsTableau and SQL/coding experienceKnowledge of Alteryx, Python/R and Qlik Sense Knowledge and experience with various analytical, modeling and statistical methodologiesStrong quantitative and problem-solving skills with ability to multi-task in fast paced environmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skills - must have the ability to build strong working relationships with the management team and team members within the businessHighly motivated, proactive attitude, with a natural passion to learn and an inquisitive personality Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills with ability to interpret and present complex dataBachelor’s degree in quantitative or related field (Data Analytics, Computer Science, Finance etc)
