The Analytics LDP is a 24-month commitment designed cultivate your business acumen, gain on-the-job training, network in a supportive, inclusive, team-based environment, have exposure to senior leaders and contribute to the success of the company through three, 8-month rotations.

The Finance & Analytics team supports the analysis of business processes and works at developing solutions to best support the organization. As an Analytics LDP, you will work with team members to support the following areas:

• Finance
• Risk Management
• Interactive Marketing
• Technology
• Data Management

After exploring the breadth of the business unit(s) through each rotation, LDPs may have the opportunity to post to a permanent position within Ameriprise Financial.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities vary depending on current rotation and assigned projects(s) and may include:

Participating on project teams responsible for developing solutions for opportunities within the business area to enhance the advisor and client experienceRecommending and participating in enhancements to existing processesAssists in resolving problems or issues through trouble shootingData analysis and reporting

Required Qualifications:

Current Senior at a 4-year university pursing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Math Economics, or related fieldGraduation date of December 2025 or May/June 2026Demonstrated leadership experienceCommitment to complete the full 24-month Leadership Development Program

High degree of self-motivation with strong integrity and ethicsExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills Ability to work and communicate collaboratively with all levels of the organization including team members, managers, and senior leaders Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $68,000.00. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role. We also have a competitive and comprehensive benefits program that supports all aspects of your health and well-being, including but not limited to vacation time, sick time, 401(k), and health, dental and life insurances.
