Job Description We are seeking a skilled Analytics Engineer for a hybrid role based in St. Louis, with a flexible schedule (typically 8 AM – 5 PM CST). This contract position offers potential for temp-to-hire or extension. The engineer will work closely with planners and internal teams to define KPIs and gather data, which will be centralized and uploaded into Snowflake for reporting via Power BI. Responsibilities include building and maintaining data pipelines, optimizing datasets and schemas, developing dashboards, ensuring data quality and security, and collaborating across IT and non-IT teams. The role requires strong technical skills, including Power BI (DAX, data modeling), Excel proficiency, and experience with Snowflake and SQL. Training will be provided by the manager and team members, with a 2–3 week onboarding period to get familiar with systems and workflows.
