Analytics Engineer

Location: India

About AECO Internal Data Initiatives: At AECO, we're on a mission to become a truly data-driven business, aiming to add over $1.0 Billion ARR by 2027 through maturing our internal data systems and management. This ambitious goal is supported by our 2025 operating plan, which focuses on three critical "catalyst" initiatives: improving data governance, enhancing decision-making through product telemetry, and accelerating cross-sell/upsell opportunities. We are building a strong foundation in 2025 to achieve data maturity by 2027, where AECO will move faster, allocate capital more productively, and compete more effectively.

The Opportunity: This role is a crucial part of our Cross-sell/Upsell Workstream, a key initiative designed to unlock $0.5-$1.0 Billion+ in upsell and cross-sell opportunities by 2025. We aim to achieve a robust, global, scalable, omnichannel understanding of our markets, customers, and users across all AECO disciplines. Currently, we are "fishing in only part of the lake" as substantial revenue streams and the majority of AECO customers are not included in our primary sales data. This role will be instrumental in creating a unified view of our customer financial relationships and accelerating our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
