**Position Summary**
The Analytics and Data Lead will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to drive strategic business decisions. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to uncover insights, create dashboards, and deliver actionable recommendations that enhance performance across the Latin America and Caribbean region (LAC).
**Key Responsibilities include:**
+ Serve as the Data Owner of Pulse Dashboard across LAC, designing standard dashboards across all 5 markets in LAC ensuring data consistency, governance and driving continuous improvement of processes and productivity by leveraging advanced information tools.
+ Ensure standardization of processes including target setting, data management, governance, and volume reconciliation.
+ Provide reports and insights to stakeholders using the Execution dashboard.
+ Translate AI and Machine Learning into business language for actionable insights.
+ Collaborate closely with D&T on automation and evolution of data management practices.
+ Train Sales Intelligence organization on data governance and insight generation.
+ Consolidate action plans across LAC to track performance effectively, building summary for BPM (Business Performance Management) Revision.
+ **Problem-Solving** : Address execution challenges through proactive problem-solving, ensuring a shift in the organizational approach to issues.
+ **KPI Management:** Develop, track, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) for all the functions in scope.
**Experience Required**
+ Relevant experience in analytics positions or similar roles.
+ Proven ability in leading high-impact interventions for lasting organizational change.
+ Practical experience in Demand or Sales Analytics within spirits or FMCG industry preferred.
+ Experience driving cross-functional initiatives in global or regional settings and hi level stakeholder management.
**Technical Skills**
+ Expertise in developing performance tracking systems; proficiency in Power BI or similar tools.
+ Digital dexterity with experience in AI tools, digital control towers, BI etc.
+ Excellent analytical skills with proven process evaluation capabilities.
**Soft Skills**
+ Growth mindset with passion for data-driven performance culture.
+ Strong collaboration skills; ability to influence at all organizational levels.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; effective engagement across diverse stakeholders.
