Main Purpose
The Analytical Projects and Validations Coordinator is the team leader responsible for local validations and transfers of analytical methods, as well as the implementation of third-party methods in the Pilar Plant QA and contracted laboratories. Ensure the lifecycle of the analytical method validations. He or she is also responsible for conducting stability testing on new or modified products.
Your mission will be to
Defines the work plan for the team under his/her leadership in the Pilar 1 and Pilar 2 laboratories, supervises its compliance, or modifies it based on the results obtained or changes in priorities.Interprets the results obtained by the analysts and technicians on his/her team and assesses risk situations early to modify production strategies or register new products.Evaluates the technical and material resource needs to implement/develop analytical methods and proposes the acquisition of new equipment, etc.Trains his/her staff in specific aspects of product development, stability, and good practice standards for the production and control of pharmaceutical products.Using the data obtained, he/she generates the necessary documentation for the registration of new products and/or for the operation of the Analytical Laboratories when the product enters the production line.Participates as a QA representative in the Divisional New Product Meetings.Ensure the lifecycle of analytical methods of the products and raw materials.Ensure to meet the assigned budget of the area.Project cost efficiency and area process optimization.Creation and evaluation of business cases for new projects.

Graduate in Chemistry or Pharmacy with extensive experience (at least 5 years) in analytical methodology development, stability testing, and team leadership.Competent in leading professionals and technicians from different specialties.Effective communication skills with different company sectors and different levels of responsibility.Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.People development skills.
