We are seeking an Analytical Engineer to join the QC team at the Cheonan site, responsible for analytical testing and quality control of products and raw materials, supporting lab management, and driving continuous improvement. 

 

Responsibilities:  Prioritize Safety, Health, and Environmental compliance in the QC lab.  Maintain a clean lab environment aligned with customer expectations.  Execute and validate analytical methods (e.g., Gage RR, MSA) for product and material quality testing.  Support and implement quality programs aligned with business strategy.  Serve as a liaison between the lab and cross-functional teams (R&D, operations, supply chain, etc.).  Monitor and improve lab systems, equipment calibration, and method correlation.  Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other quality standards.  Train and guide technicians in proper testing and analysis methods.  Identify and lead analytical improvement initiatives through data analysis and audits.  Participate in cross-functional reviews and customer troubleshooting.  Support labs across Korea, the U.S., China, and Taiwan; assist in audits and ensure consistent quality. 

 

 

Qualifications: 

 

Strong analytical skills with expertise in ICP-MS, LC, GPC, and GC.  Minimum 2 years of analytical testing experience.  Proficient in statistical analysisExcellent teamwork and communication skills.  Proficient in Korean and English Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed. 

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of analytical testing experience. 

Six Sigma certification
