Enjeux et missions du poste : 

Nous recherchons un(e) analyste pour intégrer le Pool d’analystes intervenant sur toutes classes d’actifs.

D’un esprit curieux et affichant une sensibilité pour l’immobilier, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec une équipe dynamique de commerciaux spécialistes de chaque typologie d’actifs.

Vous les accompagnerez dans le cadre de l’origination et de l’exécution de mandats de conseil transactionnel et serez chargé(e) de la réalisation de :

Pitchs et recommandations stratégiques en vue de l’obtention d’un mandat (compétences Power Point recherchées)Analyses, simulations et valorisations immobilières et financières (DCF, TRI, Cash-on-cash)Etudes de marchéRédaction d’outils marketing à destination d’acquéreurs potentiels (teaser, memorandum de vente)Réaliser des visites d’actifs avec les investisseurs en compagnie des commerciauxParticiper aux rendez-vous clients ou réunions diverses en compagnie des commerciauxAnalyse des offres, participation au choix des candidats et accompagnement de la phase de due diligence jusqu’à la négociation et la signature des contrats de vente

Profil recherché :

BAC+5 (Ecole de commerce, Dauphine, ou Master Immobilier/Finance)Connaissances en immobilier, évaluation et finance d'entreprise.Excellente maitrise d’Excel et en modélisation (Cashflow, TRI, Cash-on-cash)Maitrise de PowerpointAnglais indispensableGrande rigueur & organisationExcellentes aptitudes analytiquesAutonomie, travail en équipe et esprit d’initiativeCapacités rédactionnelles, relationnelles et commercialesTravail en équipeUne première expérience éventuelle en banque d'affaires, cabinet d'audit, expertise ou asset management
