This position is responsible for analyzing training data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to enhance training outcomes and support organizational objectives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Analyst contributes to the development and execution of training reports, projects, and presentations, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Training Data Analysis and Reporting
Analyze training performance data to identify trends and areas of opportunityDevelop, schedule, and maintain multiple training reports, ensuring accuracy and relevanceNotify key stakeholders responsible for addressing training initiativesAudit training classes on occasionCollaboration on Projects and Reports
Partner with the safety assurance team, including Director, Senior Manager, training team, and safety analytics team to develop reports and support special projectsAd-Hoc Reporting and Presentations
