Are you passionate about supporting people processes and ensuring a great employee experience across borders? Join our Global Talent Management team and help drive meaningful impact through performance, engagement, and employee relations initiatives.

As an Analyst, Talent Management & Employee Relations, you will support global talent management processes and employee relations activities across the US, Canada, and Mexico. You will play a key role in performance cycles, engagement surveys, and compliance investigations, ensuring a high level of confidentiality and customer service.

This role reports to the Analyst, Talent Management & Employee Relations.

What will you do: 

Provide customer service and reporting support for performance cycles including goal setting, mid-year, and year-end reviews.Collaborate with the Sr. Analyst to configure and test Workday system tasks related to performance management.Support engagement survey pre-launch activities and monitor organizational updates globally.Configure and launch META LAQ 360 assessments, send reminders, and distribute reports.Assist HRBPs in compliance investigations and ethics reports across the US, Canada, and Mexico.Interpret internal policies and address complaints or non-compliance notifications.

What you will bring: 

Bachelor’s Degree in business, organizational psychology, or Human Resources.Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.Experience with systems such as Workday and/or SNOW.Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
