About the Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled and proactive Analyst within Systems Administration to manage and support complex enterprise technology solutions that are critical to our firm’s operations. This role serves as the central point of contact for multiple high-impact systems, ensuring their performance, security, and reliability. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to troubleshoot issues, implement upgrades, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities Oversee and maintain enterprise-level systems, ensuring optimal performance and uptime. Lead system implementations, upgrades, and patching in alignment with security protocols. Monitor system health, set alerts, and respond to incidents to maintain a stable environment. Identify opportunities to automate and streamline administrative tasks. Manage system documentation, including configuration changes and run books. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on licensing, maintenance, and upgrades. Support capacity planning, performance tuning, and disaster recovery initiatives. Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for system availability. Participate in cross-functional project meetings and contribute to business objectives. Provide on-call support and work flexible hours, including nights/weekends as needed. What You’ll Bring Strong expertise in systems administration, including Active Directory, DNS, and virtualisation technologies. Solid understanding of application and web technologies, backup/recovery solutions, and monitoring tools. Familiarity with network and security principles. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data, identify issues, and recommend solutions. Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and deliver client-focused solutions. Commitment to staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
