How will you make an impact in this role?
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the Global Offer Set-up Team within the DOE Bonusing and MarOps Experiences (DBMX) team in ECMX. The DBMX team is a global team responsible for enabling Merchant and Card Member growth strategies, while ensuring flawless marketing delivery and a continuous focus on operational transformation. The team is focused on ensuring flawless onboarding and execution of global Amex Offers campaigns through effective marketing solution design, consultation, campaign set-up and delivery. The team is also focused on enabling partner priorities and is responsible for driving process transformation and automation to drive greater capacity and speed to market while maintaining quality and performance metrics.
The incumbent needs to have a sound business acumen, Marketing and/or Operations experience, and excellent interpersonal skills. The incumbent should be able to lead and support the various initiatives which would involve working with multiple business partners and global colleagues. S/he should have an eye for detail and be adept at problem solving. S/he must possess effective collaboration and communication skills and should be able to work independently and as a team.
•Manage the onboarding process and offer set-up for Global AmEx Offers, ensuring the successful set-up, execution, and delivery of offers within the Amex Offers Ecosystem.
• Review and validate all process steps in the end-to-end Amex offers construct.
• Ownership and completion of all Marketing Campaign Onboarding process steps
• Timely execution of change requests applicable to the Offers construct
• Collaborate with US, LACC, EMEA and APAC colleagues and other Marketing teams for seamless delivery of Marketing offers.
• Manage stakeholders, streamline, and standardize the process, drive process transformation
• Perform quality review of all offers.
• Work with Technologies partners to successfully set-up, track and validate offers, resolve issues, and ensure they launch successfully.
• Continue to meet the evolving needs of our Partners, Card Members, and Merchant
• This is a hybrid role
Minimum Qualifications
• Prior experience of Marketing Operations, MarTech, Execution, and/or Marketing a plus
• Strong relationship management skills, ability to influence and collaborate across multiple partners and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple workstreams and consistently drive results.
• Strong attention to detail to drive flawless execution.
• Project management skills with a strong focus on process excellence
• Demonstrate analytical and systematic approach to problem solving-
• Knowledge of advanced excel, VBA, Tableau, Python, SAS highly desirable
• Ability to think innovatively and challenge the status quo.
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant/quantitative field with 4+ years of experience preferred Post Graduation certification preferred – PGD, Masters, Preferably in Marketing
