International Card Services (ICS) is the leading provider of Credit Cards, Business Financing, T&E Solutions, Supplier Payments, and Cross-Border Payments that help consumer, small, mid-size, and large corporations around the world manage nearly every facet of their business spending. International Card Services Centre of Excellence (ICS COE) is an established function unit within ICS with the mission to unlock growth and enable ICS to become the fastest growing segment within American Express. The Signings Review team within the ICS Center of Excellence (COE) is instrumental in ensuring achievement of these objectives. The ICS Signings Review Analyst position offers the opportunity to be part of this dynamic organization and support ICS by providing best in class governance and controls for 26 International markets and over 1,500 Sales and Account Development colleagues. **Purpose of the Role:** This role focuses on conducting Signing Reviews and enabling Signing Governance across the ICS business. The candidate will provide insightful & analytical recommendations to support ICS in recognizing incentive-eligible spend volume, eliminating malpractice & errors, and identifying training needs for Sales and Account Development teams. The candidate will be responsible to provide best-in-class analytics to facilitate well-informed and effective decision making. The position requires the ability to deliver impactful insights, identify and promote global consistency & synergies where necessary, and interact with a wide variety of stakeholders from local market Sales and AD reps and leaders to Operational Excellence and Internal Audit Group colleagues. **Responsibilities:** + Performing Reviews & Enable Governance on the Signings submitted by International Sales and Account Development teams + Partnering with regional Field Performance and Insights teams to drive innovation, best practices and global synergies in Rules of Engagement and other initiatives. + Create and maintain process documentations such as Standard Operating Procedure and Process flows + Develop standard offerings to present and communicate monthly/periodic past performance and insights to multiple levels of stakeholder in an effective manner + Driving process improvements through automation to reduce cycle time, increase accuracy and improve transparency + Ensure the timely completion of PRSA controls + Support IAG Sales Audits and various Operational Excellence requirements + Delivering data-driven insights using statistical analytics techniques to stakeholders to uncover trends and underlying drivers of growth and profitability to inform business strategy **Minimum Qualifications:** + A governance mentality with focus on execution who can set and meet realistic goals + Positive attitude, with a proactive approach, and adaptive to regular change + Ability to bring out data insights, and work in a consultative manner with a variety of colleagues + Strong business and financial competence, with quantitative skills and creativity in developing insightful analytics. + Excellent skill level in Excel (VBA a plus) and PowerPoint + Ability to handle large and complex datasets + 2 to 4 years of work experience in reporting, analytics, and/or governance. + Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience in Statistics, Economics, Finance, Engineering or related fields **Preferred Qualifications:** + Proficiency in SQL, Lumi/Cornerstone / Hive, is preferred; Python & Tableau experience is a bonus + Prior experience with IAG or auditing is a plus + Experience with machine learning is helpful + Strong communicator with proven experience building positive relationships with colleagues across business units with varying styles Note: the candidate may be installed into the role as a Senior Manager (Tier 2) depending on experience and skillset. **Qualifications** We back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best.
