Within RIA, the section RIA1.4.3 assumes product ownership and provides support for our RI Admin Systems at A51 (BuPa, FS-CD, FS-RI NL Account + Claims Handling Module, Contract + Risk Manager NL). As part of the Non-Life GPO function, the team performs a multitude of technical processes (e.g. batch & posting period coordination), technical data quality assurance (e.g. data completeness, master & bank data), data streams (e.g. SGL → PGL) and ensures system stability. Furthermore, a wide range of services completes the RIA1.4.3 portfolio (e.g. IT coordination, admin support for Coupa and Concur, SIMA and pre-converter support).

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a qualified and committed Analyst RI Admin who will focus on BuPa topics and also supports other selected topics within RIA1.4.3, with an opportunity to develop and grow as the team has a variety of tasks & responsibilities.

 

Your Job:

Maintaining BuPa and bank data information and ensuring a quality-assured data baseBank data approval for CoupaFinancial Sanctions checksIndependent resolution of discrepancies both in Munich and within the international organization and corresponding adjustments in the systemCollaborating on the definition, acceptance, and implementation of future BuPa system requirementsVery close collaboration with Client Management on the creation of customer structuresAssure compliance with data protection regulationsBuPa data reconciliation with information provided by external service providersMaintaining LoP and Solvency II LEI code changes in BuPaPeriodic tasks for overarching data quality assurance

 

Your Profile:

Ideally, a trained insurance professionalBasic knowledge of Underwriting and/or Reinsurance AccountingVery good knowledge of MS Office and comprehensive SAP skills. Advanced SAP skills are an advantageHigh team spirit, strong communication skills and a strong service-oriented mindsetHigh quality standards as well as a high willingness to performAbility to work independently, openness to new ideas, and a willingness to innovateWillingness to take on responsibility for overarching topicsGood written and spoken English and German
