Analyst-Quality Assurance

Your Impact
The primary purpose of the Analyst, Quality Assurance role is to support quality assurance in actions such as executing portions of containment, recall, disposition, and communication activities. In addition, they are responsible for managing the quality assurance mailbox, maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support execution of aforementioned tasks, supporting related technology initiatives, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to processes.

What You Will Do
•Execute portions of containment, communications, recalls, and disposition projects that are initiated by quality assurance team members.
•Analyze processes related to key responsibilities and identify areas of inefficiency or ineffectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
•Collaborate with quality assurance and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on process details to ensure thoughtful execution.
•Supports the development of technology systems by providing feedback on current processes, opportunities for improvement, and thorough user acceptance testing (UAT).
•Manage the quality assurance mailbox, ensuring that senders receive timely responses, and other stakeholders are engaged as needed to resolve any issues or answer any questions.
•Engage with other areas of the business such as store communications, store execution, legal, merchandising, stores, etc. to ensure collaboration and that quality assurance processes work in harmony with theirs.
•Manage the internal database used to provide store associates visibility to quality assurance containment, recall, and disposition activities.
•Create and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to job duties.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Analytics, Communiations or related field or equivalent experience

• 3 Years experience in merchandising, retail, merchandising support, store operations or related field
•2 years of experience in business operations, labor productivity, engineering, quality, data analytics, statistics or operations reporting

Preferred Skills/Education
•Experience working in a large organization preferably retail
•Understanding of merchandising and store operations
•Experience communicating with intent to influence decisions to drive business results
